I've pretty much become the strangest case you ever saw. While many people are against abortion but admit it's legal, I'm the opposite. While I (provisionally) acknowledge that abortion is not morally wrong, I believe it to be unconstitutional.

Private action can not be unconstitutional.

Or do you mean the government allowing it? If that, what do you base your argument on?

The principle of "due process of law" is derived from Magna Carta. It simply means that a state can not deprive you of life, liberty, or property, except through the legislative process.

Well, if she was raped, why would she wait until the second?

Many rape victims suffer from severe trauma and because of it don't do much of anything for months afterwards

What a lame excuse.
