This was discussed back in August, I replied "It sounds like an October thing".  Well, it's October.  Here's how it will work.

Every round, ever posted (regardless of political party affiliation) will vote to eliminate one candidate from each party.  Here are the candidates.

Democrats

New York Senator Hillary Clinton
Virginia Governor Mark Warner
Indiana Senator Evan Bayh
Former North Carolina Senator John Edwards
Massachusetts Senator John Kerry
Former Vice President Al Gore
New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson
Delaware Senator Joe Biden
Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack
Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold

Republicans

Arizona Senator John McCain
Virginia Senator George Allen
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani
Tennessee Senator Bill Frist
Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney
Florida Governor Jeb Bush
Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel
Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice
Vice President Dick Cheney
Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty

----------

I left some people out (notably, Powell, Schweitezer, etc.) because I tried to make all ten candidates realistic candidates.

-----------

Round one voting will end Thursday Afteroon.
