  Yes (C)
The Constitarian Party believes that the government should not have the power to legalize any drugs.  All rights are absolute rights until they impose on the rights of others.  Since the imposing claimed to be done while on drugs is already illegal there is no need to penalize the people who use drugs in a controlled enviroment.

Yes, absolutely!  Really no different from coffee, anyway, and certainly none of the State's business.

Uh, there is a considerable difference than coffee, but I agree that it should be legal.

No, because cocaine addicts are usually pricks.  I would prefer not to be surrounded by them.

If it were legalized, it would be in the regular market, stores, internet, ect.  There would be no sleazy coke dealers if it were legal, just like there are no alcohol dealers or coffee dealers.

Ugh.

At least then you wouldn't have to worry about it being laced with anything.

Ugh...

I said no, because it should only be decriminalized.

I think it should be legal, though that isn't easy for me to say.

Decriminalization means you wont go to jail [or at least not for long] for ever for using it. Instead, you will get a fine or something small. Basically, you're penalized, but not considered a "criminal"

We shouldn't be legalizing marijuana, let alone cocaine.

the drug education programs from school have gone to your head.

Everything I learn in school is immediately sent to my brain in the form of 'fact', unless explicitly stated as an opinion Kiki

Err, did anyone tell you that isn't a good idea? 0_o

Interesting results.  I'm surprised that the party breakdown is so similar, actually, to some extent.

I was a little surprised as well.  In my experience I've noticed that crystal methamphetamine was always more of a poor-man's version of cocaine, and if we're only voting in our own self-absorbed interests, then you'd expect GOP types to want legal coke, and democrats to want legal meth.  But remember, ever since Nixon's Strategy, it's no longer class warfare between the parties.  I'd think as many Democrats, nowadays, are cokeheads as republicans, and as many Republicans, nowadays, are into that bathtub crank.  Nasty sh**t, that crank is.  Burns like hell.  Though the buzz is similar and much longer-lasting.

Weed, which makes you forget stuff, is for libertarians.  Probably it's why the never get more than about 3% of the vote.  Whoa, man, yesterday was election day?!

Having known a former cocaine addict, I am slightly reluctant to say this, but... Yes (L)

Yes (L).  Remember that your friend became an addict while cocaine was illegal, but that didn't stop him from getting or using the stuff.

My suggestion would be to make it legal by prescription. To get a prescription you just need a blood test or urine test which shows you already have it in your blood. With the Rx you can buy as much as you want at a low price for your own use, but it would still be illegal to sell it to anyone who does not have a prescription. Currently drug dealers give the stuff away free to kids to get them hooked. Once they're hooked the price goes up. Then the addict has to resort to crime to pay for his habit. The prescription plan would put dope dealers out of business and make clean dope available at low prices to addicts, but not to non-users.

The dope package would contain a warning something like this.

Warning: The surgeon general has determined that this stuff is dangerous as hell and will probably kill you if you use it. But if you're dumb enough to do it well its your life.
On the other hand if you're addicted and want to get off of it, call 1-800 help me.

That's what I voted in on the poll. I/O gets me stuck in with the Libertarians, Greens, Socialists, etc. Might as well not even have that category.

You missed my point.  Going on past experience and even their portrayal in the media, people who use cocaine are usually asshole yuppie types who drive their sports cars too fast and treat their lovers like sh**t.  The drug itself is designed to make people feel overwhelmingly confident in themselves, which is also known as arrogance.  I would prefer not to be surrounded by jerks like that.

Hence me saying that I would prefer a large batch of coke to be laced with bleach residue, to teach the other losers a lesson.
