Yes (D)

Of course, it is none of the government's business to prohibit any particular drug. Certainly, I don't mind educating people about the hazards of drug usage in schools, but each person has the right to live his life as he pleases as long as he does not harm another. To coerce people into not using cocaine violates their natural right to liberty.

I would not object to taxing cocaine as we do cigarettes or alcohol.

No, because cocaine addicts are usually pricks.  I would prefer not to be surrounded by them.

If it were legalized, it would be in the regular market, stores, internet, ect.  There would be no sleazy coke dealers if it were legal, just like there are no alcohol dealers or coffee dealers.

You missed my point.  Going on past experience and even their portrayal in the media, people who use cocaine are usually asshole yuppie types who drive their sports cars too fast and treat their lovers like sh**t.  The drug itself is designed to make people feel overwhelmingly confident in themselves, which is also known as arrogance.  I would prefer not to be surrounded by jerks like that.

Hence me saying that I would prefer a large batch of coke to be laced with bleach residue, to teach the other losers a lesson.

I hate those people (that type of people) also.  Thing is, if they act that way on cocaine, the chances are they still do off cocaine.  At least by giving them the cocaine, they can kill themselves you won't have to worry about as much of them.

No.  Horrible, horrible drug.  Marijuana is a different story.

Have seen bad cases personally.  No (D).

We shouldn't be legalizing marijuana, let alone cocaine.

the drug education programs from school have gone to your head.

Everything I learn in school is immediately sent to my brain in the form of 'fact', unless explicitly stated as an opinion Kiki

Err, did anyone tell you that isn't a good idea? 0_o

What Lewis said Kiki

Why?

THe people wanting something illegal are the ones that should make the case for it.

Yes (I)

The misery caused by the war on drugs is far worse than the misery caused by the drugs in the first place.  The FARC would never be able to sustain their war in Colombia without drug profits.  Afghanistan and Myanmar would be much more stable with opium warlords.  Our own street gangs would be far less of a problem.  Organized crime would lose one of its principal means of funding.

What about the increase in violent crimes due to the usage of the drug?
