Taft (R): 22%
Debs(S): 9%

How would the effect of third parties had changed? Could it have ended the monopoly of the two-party system, or would it have just been a fluke that means nothing in the political realm?

I think Roosevelt would have just rejoined the Republican party.  That would mean no Lafollette, though he could have been the Republican nominee at some point.
