While the "Atlasia burns" comment shows a lack of grasp of the issue, the bill as it now stands is badly worded and likely too sweeping. I hadn't made up my mind before, but now that it's passed anyways, I vote:

Asbestos Ban Bill

1. The Senate hereby bans the importation of Asbestos.
2. The Senate hereby bans the mining of Asbestos.
3. The Senate hereby bans the transportation of Asbestos without a permit.
4. The Senate hereby bans the sale of Asbestos within Atlasia.
5. The Senate hereby bans the use of Asbestos in the construction of products. 
6. Existing Asbestos related settlements will be unaffected by this act


The bill has passed. I present it to the President for his signature.
