Funny thing, I always thought this stuff was only for paying members. That said, I don't recognize myself in that test result I just got.

Well on the other test - and also the two or so times I took your test before - I got social and economic scores that were pretty close to each other. Social was usually just a tad more extreme. And I felt much more comfortable with these results.
I'll add more in a second, just taking the test again to refresh my memories.

Just retook ignoring the "very important" button, and got a more sensible (if too moderate
) -4.65/-5.91.
Part of the problem is all those trade questions. As an Internationalist, I am not in favor of protecting the somewhat rich from both pressure by the very rich and the competition of the vast majority of poor - does that make me economically right wing? Hardly. When you ask me about whether poor nations should use (selectively) restrictive trade policies, my answers will be different.

I would normally not ask this, but it is 7 AM and I haven't slept a minute tonight.
What kind of question changes/additions can I make to correct this?

Might as well update my scores:

Your score pegs you as economically leftist and socially centre-authoritarian.
Economic leftists mostly support strict economic controls and programs to assure that the poor are elevated to a higher position in society.
Social centre-authoritarians generally have moderate social views, with a slight lean toward government intervention. They may have moderate cultural and religious views, but on the whole believe that the government should assure that society should stay moral.

This has probably been asked several times already (well, I'd guess it would've been, but I haven't seen it asked, so..) but how is everyone getting their scores to show up under their username and such?
*EDIT*
Of course, as soon as I ask the question, I go and find out how do to it.
