Figured Id make this poll so we could save a little space.  Smiley

By the way, this may seem like lame question, but are shrooms illegal?  They're just mushrooms that grow on cowsh**t, right?

psilocybin is a controlled substance.  yes, you can buy portabella, sh**take, white, crimini, etc., mushrooms.  I'm a major fungivore, and rarely a day goes by without my eating a mushroom.  I think we have three kinds of mushrooms in the refridgerator right now.  And you can certainly walk through cowfields and pick any kind you like.  Even the kind with purple nipples.  But, technically, psilocybin is a controlled substance, and if you're selling those little purple-nippled mushrooms on the street, you might get arrested.

Also, you forgot diazepam and a whole bunch of other drugs.  Problem is, many drugs, for example Xanax, Valium, and dilaudid, are in that grey area.  You can take 'em with you anywhere you want, so long as you have a prescription from a physician or psychiatrist.  So, as long as the RNC remains in the back pocket of the AMA, along with many many other lobbying agencies, these fatcats are going to get fatter by being requisite and legally sanctioned middlemen in our search for self-medication.

My position:  a grown man ought to be able to decide which chemicals he might ingest.

can you please leave off with that whole censorship crap?  it's insulting to everyone's intelligence.

Chill, man.  That's the automatic filter that comes with SMF, not someone editing your post.  It's not really very smart.  I can't speak for Dave but I doubt anyone cares if you bypass it to type "sh**ttake mushroom."

I go back and forth on marijuana. I think you can make a very good argument on either side. Right now, I lean towards keeping marijuana illegal, mainly because second hand smoke can make other people high who might not be interested.

Make them all legal.  PCP is particular fun, since the consumer feels no pain and becomes unbelievably strong. Smiley

you and me both pal.  one of the reasons I stopped.  word to the wise:  if you quit for a while, like a few months, and then go back, you'll get a consistent high.

I haven't smoked pot since my freshman year of college.  But I don't have any problem with people who do.

Mary Jane, Shrooms and Steroids.

Meth is EVIL and should never ever ever be legalized.

I not really familiar with some of thse, but I saw a documentary on meth amphetamines the other day and they sounds like the best hard drug ever.  If I was ever going to get screwed up, it'd be on meth.  The put the Japanese and German soldiers on that sutff in WWII, and they just marched and marched and marched without getting fatigued.  I know some ballplayers take it to fight fatigue.

meth is particularly nasty.  makes you horny, then you spend your money on whores and take VD back to your wife.  turns your teeth black.  gives your heart palpitations.  and you get hooked and spend your rent money on meth.  horrible stuff.  you really ought to stay away from all those substances, and stay away from tobacco as well.

The Constitarian believes all of those drugs should be legal except possibly pcp.  PCP is the only drug that always leads to physical violence and other violent crimes to my understanding.

All of the above. (would have been interesting to see poll results if that was a choice)

The Constitarian Party is a new party that believes in going back to the basics of the Constitution and destroying legislature that is denying our rights.  Also, in a time where the United States is losing its supremecy in education, tecnology, and economics, it supports a complete change to the current school program in the United States.  If you have any questions email constitarian@yahoo.com
