Why don't we put that drop into building 100 new ultra-modern schools, or maybe give every soldier in Iraq a $ 3,000 bonus. Hell, I'm sure we could even use the money to install better security systems at ports of entry into the US. Each of those suggestions are a hell of alot more relevent than funding someone's arbitrary opinion of art.
