I couldn't possibly set an exact limit. However, I'm 26. I prefer younger-than-me to older-than-me women. That is to say, a woman three years younger than me is  definitely more likely to be attractive to me than a woman three years older than me. A woman ten years younger than me is definitely more likely to be attractive to me than a woman 10 years older than me. The gap will probably increase as I age.
