I have noticed a loophole in the bill; with the clauses described, one may produce a car or small truck outside (standards free) of Atlasia and then import it here. (Also, one could produce a car or small truck for "personal use," though that loophole is rather implausible.) So even though there would be a way to evade these standards, I feel it is inefficient and unfair to have to force Atlasian companies to move production to other countries, unless they want to produce vehicles that meet these new, unfortunate standards. Theoretically, this could encourage outsourcing; therefore, I must vote Nay on this bill.
