On private property, streaking should be legal, even if the action is visible to the general public.

On public property, I have no objection to streaking being forbidden.

I accidentally hit No (I)

I meant No (R).

But that's not to say that I too haven't violated the law quite a few times in the last few years Smiley

Hah, between this and gas prices/inflation, we know the Seventies are back!

I've never streaked but believe it should be legal.  It should even be legal to walk slowly in the nude in public.

Not in public, no.  I think it's basic common decency to be able to go outside without seeing naked people walking down the street.  I don't think it can exactly be argued that you have a Constitutional right to be naked in public.

On public property, no. If a private college decides to make streaking legal on campus, then that's their decision (even if it's absolutely silly Cheesy Tongue).

Should not be legal, but I did it in college.  HAHAHA . . . no better way to relieve stress than streaking with all the classmates during exam week.  HAHAHA

Did you really streak the other night?  That's hilarious, man.  How cold was it?

In any case, I don't think it should be legal, but the penalty for it should be very light.

It wasn't too bad...it was last night.  Though this one girl walking by yelled out "I don't want to see that!"

No (R), and I support the death penalty for violations of the law.

I want to agree with A18, but my opposition of the Death Penalty gets in the way! Tongue

Nope. Common decency, sanity, and the fact that it's unacceptable behavior. Common sense also. But many libertines, social anarchists, and glue-sniffers aren't even sure that these concepts exist.

Of course those concepts exist, but only subjectively.

Except if it is hard labour in the nude.
