I wish to sue ilikeverin for voter surpression by leaving Josh22 off the ballot as my running-mate.  His claim that Josh22 must confirm his place on the ballot has no legal backing from either our Constitution or Senate statute.

I am suing for $1 billion Atlasian dollars, the complete overturning of the election results, the establishment of a Constitutional monarchy, a public hazing of the person of my choice, and/or the establishment of some sort of legal precedent for the country to follow in the future.  [No, there isn't already a precedent as nobody as ever before appointed a running-mate without the running-mate confirming.]

Do you actually wish to pursue this or is it some kind of a joke?
