Yes we all know communism is a right wing ideology.....

Kim Jong-Il is not a communist, as North Korea banned communism in 1977.

No, his ideology is Juche. See the link above. Since 1977 that has been the state idelogy of North Korea, not communism.

North Korea is communist, whether they've banned it or not. The better term is in fact, authoritarian communist. Calling it left or right is misleading, but if you have to place it on the spectrum, it is left wing. It's certainly not socialism though, and not even mainstream communist.
