Since there's a lack of anyone willing to post a thread for this election, and since it was agreed upon in another thread to hold the election this weekend, I'm going to be the one to make this official.  I'll ask Gustaf to sticky this thread the next time I talk to him, or if he happens to see this on his own--Gustaf, please sticky this!  

Registered voters from the following states are permitted to vote in this election: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee.

Declared candidates are:

GWBFan (U-Ga)

Voting will begin at 12:00 noon EST on Friday, May 7th and last until 12:00 noon EST on Sunday, May 9th.  All write in votes must be for valid candidates (the candidate must be an active member of the forum).
