How big do the precincts have to be? Like I said, there are some precincts that are very small and therefore a candidate can easily get 100% in them.
There is one notable precinct in San Juan County, Washington. It is the Waldron precinct, which makes up all of Waldron Island.
In 2004 with 85 votes 96.47% Kerry 3.53% Bush
In 2000 with 87 votes 63.64% Gore 29.55% Nader 5.68% Bush 1.14% Browne
Waldron Island is 95% white.
There were also some precincts in Seattle that were over 95% Kerry.
I was talking to Alcon and he said that the Buffalo Lake Precinct in Okanogan County was 95 or 96% Kerry.
I also remember he showed me the results of a precinct near the Evergreen college that was quite liberal.
