anyone know the most libera;/democrat precinct in the nation is (at the presidential level)?

im going to guess it is either in the bay area ca or cambridge mass.

i remember hearing of a precinct(s) in cambridge mass where bush finished 3rd behind gore and nader in 2000.

can anyone confirm or deny this?
