It's still rather early of course, but I haven't seen anything put out by Alito's opponents that would make triggering the nuclear option a good idea, especially since a few of the votes against Alito will be from Republicans who absolutely won't support a filibuster and from Democrats who won't feel that Alito is worth triggering the nuclear option.

Based on what's currently available, I'm predicting Alito is approved in January by vote of approximately 57-43, with only 37 or so Senators supporting a filibuster.
