As I have often said in the past, one feature of extremists is that they think that all people are on either one extreme of an issue, or the other, with no middle allowed.  Here, we have a perfect example of this.

While a majority of Americans disapprove of Bush, they hardly come close to agreeing with with jfern.  There is a large dgree of seperation between disapproving with someone and thinking that they are the root of all evil in the world.

On the other hand, Don has been very critical of Bush on many issues, but still backs him, on the whole.  A possition that I think is, at least, somewhat closer to that of the average American who, right now, probably is with Bush a some issues, but on the whole, diapproves of the job he is doing.

Don't assume that, because a majority of people disapprove of Bush, that means that they all hate him with a passion, like you do.
