New Prediction method (will be used for US and Intl elections)

NCF=No Clear Favourite
SF=Slight Favourite
M=Marginal
L=Leaning
S=Safe
RS=Rock Solid
---
Examples: LA-3=NCF, West Virginia=D-SF, Minnesota=D-M, Ottawa Centre=NDP-L, Alabama=R-S, Sedgefield=Lab-RS

I agree Smiley  It's somewhere between M & L, but more towards the 'M' side.

Is the order the same as you list it, Al, with NCF being the designation for the least clear  followed by SF, M, L, S and finally RS as the most designation for the highest level of confidence.  It seems like it, but I just wanted to make sure.
