I put Nixon as a Democrat for simplicity's sake.
What would a map look like?
How would the country vote?

Yes, I know that Nixon's dead-for the simplicity of our poll, let's pretend he's alive.  (Trying to eliminate dumb jokes about him being dead)

Horrible choices, but I'd vote for the guy who was in Dallas the morning of November 22nd, 1963.

My god.  Obviously he MUST have shot JFK.  This is no coincidence, this is irrefutable proof.

I thought LBJ had Kennedy killed?  Or did they act together . . .

Beats me. It's StatesRights who thinks that LBJ killed JFK.

Of course not. There is, however, irrefutable proof that he was in Dallas that morning.

I beleive he had just spoken with some Dallas businessmen and went to a car show.

It's a bit weird. What's fishy is that he had conflicting stories about where he was when he heard JFK was killed. He flew into the soon to be named JFK airport that day.

Not really.  Just an unfortunate coincidence for Nixon, nothing more.  He quickly realized on the day that it might look suspicious that he was in town on that day, so he began a hasty cover-up.  He botched it because his story clearly wasn't thought through very well.

Well, if he had nothing to hide, he shouldn't have tried to hide it.

My vote would be for Bush.

Even with the current President's approval ratings, he would still defeat the former President who subverted the constitutional authority of the Presidency, and betrayed his oath of office.

Bush would defeat Nixon big time.

Nixon. Moderate on economics and actually understands the importance of diplomacy.
