Might I respectfully request those who disagree with my judicial philosophy to point out what part of it they find unsound?

I cannot respond to general attacks on my political views, because my political views are, in my opinion, completely irrelevant. I can only respond to objections to my judicial philosophy. While I cannot comment on any specific case, I would be perfectly happy to debate general constitutional questions.

With a majority* of Senators voting in favour, Emsworth is confirmed as Associate Justice.
