Yes, San Francisco ranks only #13 overall, losing to 3 cities in Los Angeles county, Santa Cruz, and 8 other cities in the San Francisco bay area. Mill Valley may cost $1.5 million for an average home, but that didn't stop them from voting 81.91% for the man who promised to raise their taxes.
