Fresno IIRC? Bush 51.8%, Kerry 47.3%
Fresno County breakdown by cities is quite interesting -
apart from Fresno city, Bush won
Kerman with 50.4% of the vote
Selma with 52%
Fowler with 53%
Reedley with 60%
Coalinga with 66%
Clovis with 68%
Kingsburg with 74%
and unincorporated areas in the county with 66% of the vote
while Kerry won
Firebaugh with 53%
Sanger with 54%
Orange Cove with 62%
Mendota with 66%
San Joaquin with 69%
Parlier with 71%
and Huron with 80% of the vote.

Where are you getting this information from? Do any other Calif. counties have results by city?
All California city results are on the Calif. Elections Department (or whatever it's called) website: http://www.ss.ca.gov/elections/sov/2004_general/ssov/pres_general_ssov_all.pdf

The Kerry counties are very poor and very Hispanic.... especially Huron.

My mother lives in Clovis, btw. I live in Fresno.

Wow, two cities from Fresno County made the list.

Jfern is it possible to find a more comprehensive list of say the top 500 cities?
