FOR THE RECORD (and to "please" certain people) I would have voted aye. If any Senators (one more will do) would like to do the same (and also for the record) then I would hope that certain people will then be quiet.

It's done. While the vote passed 5:1, I now have on record 2 other aye votes. This means a 2/3rds majority no matter how you measure it.
