Sort of semi-serious I know, but how would you like the President's term to end.

How he leaves?  With his head held high knowing that he did what he though was right (not what was popular) and allowing history to be the judge of his actions.

Leaves as a popular President would be perfect.

George W Bush leaves office as one of the most popular and respected Presidents in history.

He leaves office with the nation enjoying full employment, poverty has been eliminated, the economy is booming, those graduating from post secondary educational institutions is at an all time high, all the children in the country are receiving top level education, everyone in the country shows respect and tolerance for everyone else in the country, bigotry and hatred have been eliminated, discrimination of any kind no longer exists.

Peace has been restored to Iraq.  The insurgency has been crushed.  Iraq is a model of democracy and freedom.

The Arabs and the Jews in the Middle East live side by side in peace and harmony.

The terrorist threat has been eliminated, and is no longer able to disrupt the lives of peace loving people in any part of the world.

What about the Second Coming of Jesus, does he achieve that, too?

Just leaves quietly. Anything before that means he did/will do something really crappy, or crappier then already done. Anything after means the Republican might have an advantage in 2008.

Wait, but you said yourself:

He clearly will ascend to heaven, as he is the second coming of Jesus.

So he in fact already has achieved the second coming of Jesus.

Just leave quietly.  Option 1 would most probably mean assassination, which definitely wouldn’t be a good thing, while options 2-4 would make the nation very bitter again, like it did during the Clinton Impeachment trials.  Options 5 and 6 would be okay, but 5 is a little harsh, and it scares me how much more damage he would do to get there.  Options 8 and 9 would mean more like him would try to get elected, which is definitely not good.  Option 10 scares me to death.  Option 11 would be okay, if that’s what he wants to do its fine with me, but I like Option 7 the best, it’d be good just to kinda look over him in later years, and let the Republican party be remembered for people like Reagan Smiley

I think this poll is illegal because of option #1.

No opebo, you’re the only one who wants to suppress free speech Roll Eyes

None of them. I'd like George W Bush to leave office but being succeeded by a competent Democrat, who can go about putting his wrongs to right

Leaves as a respected elder statesman, but I don't see that right now however, but the same was said of Eisenhower in 1958.
