This is not a resignation out of anger (unlike every other resignation I have posted).  I just have a lot of things going on right now, and I don't think that, with all the problems we are having with the budget, I have the time and knowledge to handle the situation.  Therefore, I resign the office of Sec. of the Treasury as soon as a suitable replacement can be found.  I am not leaving fantasy politics or the forum, and I do anticipate returning to active memebership in the future.  Thank you.

Every time I leave the forum for more than a day, I come back and somebody has resigned.  The moral of the story is; don't ever leave the forum.

I'm truly sorry to see this decision, but I accept that it was not made easily.  It'll be very difficult for anybody to follow you, but you've certainly set the standard for those who will.  The very best of luck to you in your future endeavors. Smiley

ah geez. *scans talent pool*

The best pick, I think, is SamSpade. I would suggest a shuffle of sam into treasury and wildcard into GM, but that'd be up to the three of you.

You've always been one of my Atlasian heroes, Supersoulty. I hope for the day when you are back in elected/appointed office.

Sad

You were the best at the job, and its sad for the country to lose you.  You literally revolutionized the job by adding the role of Fed Chair to your duties.
