Some of the Liberal parties are related Gabu. However, the major ones (BC, ON, and QC) are officially independent. Deffinately the unpopularity of the Liberal government in Quebec will hurt the federal Liberals, even though they are not related. There is some effect in Ontario, but that was mainly in the last election when the provincial Liberals weren't as popular. They aren't so bad now.
