To prevent unfair advantages for ALL sides during an election:

A proposition to prohibit all campaigning outside the Atlas Fantasy Elections Board. This includes barnstorming and such for a particular candidate or against a particular candidate, and also includes "reminders" for inactive board members to vote. Since part of the challenge of running a campaign is to organize your base, getting a vote from an inactive voter should not be that easy.

Any registered voter found in violation of said bill will be punished by having their vote in the nearest election(s) nullified.

I believe it is said in the constitution people cannot advertise outside of the fantasy forums but it isn't being enforced and there is no punishment for it which means there is no way to discourage it. If we nullify their vote then they will be discouraged from doing this.

NO!!!!  Off-board campaigning is totally legit

Despite the constitution stating that "No campaigning shall ever occur outside the Fantasy Election threads in the form of posts." I would expect the President Pro Tempore to know that, however the constitution does not state a penalty for this and how it shall be enforced.
