Not really a "slogan" exactly, but the best political chant ever devised.

An excellent one. And Ike was a quite like-able guy, I'm pretty sure even Adlai Stevenson kind of liked him...

"Re-elect Ted Kennedy, a blonde in every pond!"

What about:

"Re-elect George Allen! - for keeper of the Reston Petting Zoo, the biggest family-friendly amusement park in Virginia where petting/punching macacas is for free!")

or:

"Virginia isn´t for Macaca-haters. - Elect Jim Webb!"

Yeah, that maccaca line was hilarious! I use it from time to time.

Best from downunder is without a doubt Gough Whitlam's "It's Time". Judged the mood perfectly.

Best: I Like Ike
Worst: America Can't Stand Pat (used by Richard Nixon until he realized that his wife was named Pat)

I also liked the slogan the Republicans used in their successful 1946 Congresssional campaign: Had Enough?

The worst campaign slogan in history would have to be Congressman John Ashbrook's 1972 slogan "No Left Turns", primarily as its quite mockable. And look how well Ashbrook's primary challenge against President Nixon turned out....

Random French slogans

Ensemble, tout devient possible (Together, everything is possible): Sarkozy 2007
La France présidente (France president, roughly): Royal 2007 (alternatively, an awful early slogan in the form of Pour que change fort [So that it can really change] which is extremely poor grammar).
Présider autrement (Presiding differently): Jospin 2002
La France pour tous (France for all): Chirac 1995
L'Anti-Giscard: Marchais 1981
La force tranquille: Mitterrand 1981
Un vrai président (A real President): Giscard 1974
Pour une nouvelle société (For a new society): Chaban-Delmas 1974
Avec la France, pour les français (With France, for the French): Pompidou 1969
Un président pour tout les français (A President for all French): Poher 1969
Un président jeune, pour une France moderne (A young President, for a modern France): Mitterrand 1965
Un homme neuf, une France en marche (A new man, an active France): Lecanuet 1965

All awfully tin pot, with the exception of L'Anti-Giscard

Canadian stuff

Donnez-vous le pouvoir (Give yourself power): ADQ 2008
Québec gagnant avec Pauline (Quebec wins with Pauline): PQ 2008
L'économie d'abord: OUI (Economy first: YES): PLQ 2008
Au Québec, on passe à l'action (In Quebec, We're Taking Action): ADQ 2007
Un Canada plus prospère, plus juste et plus vert/Richer, Fairer, Greener: Liberal 2008
Oui, nous pouvons/Yes we can: Green 2006...

"These are the stakes – to make a world in which all of God's children can live, or to go into the dark. We must either love each other, or we must die." ~LBJ

I don't know if it's much of a slogan, but it was one of the most influential political advertisements in history.

The most succesfull campaign slogan in German history was, without a doubt:

"Keine Experimente" ("No experiments")

It was the slogan of the CDU/CSU in 1957, they won almost 50,2% of the vote.
