The Mideast initiatives seem to be, but the D4 runoff is right down to the wire, and will be very exciting if anyone decides to change their vote.

Mideast prop votes generally tend to be as for the most part citizens (i.e. Jedi and I) propose only legislation that we think has a high probability of being passed, and it is often in response to what we see as the insanity of some of the other Regions or the feds.

I have been thinking about proposing some more controversial legislation, but I never get around to writing the stuff.

Who proposed the Christmas Tree amendment?

You mean the Christmas tree bill?  Because it uses tax payers money for the Governors enjoyment.

Harry hinted that he might vote for Bono if he observed his support to be strong in the runoff (which thus far it has been)

I've never quite understood why we have runoffs in two-person races when it's basically the exact same election done over again...

I voted against it because I felt things like that should simply be traditions instead of codified law

There is the chance of someone changing their mind, but other wise, it will be the same election over again. But there is a good chance this one will end in a tie.

More so, there is a chance that someone will forget or someone will mess up their ballots Tongue
