As (I think) re-introduced by Senator MasterJedi...

Designation of Forgotten Atlasians Holiday Bill

1. September 3rd shall hereby be declared Forgotten Atlasians Day.
2. This day shall be a national holiday.
3. Atlasians who no longer post or who have left shall be remembered on this day for their time in and, if applicable, their service to Atlasia.

I don't know either, CheeseWhiz wrote this bill IIRC and then Ebowed introduced it for him so you should get him in here.

Anyway I don't think this should take long to pass. Smiley

IIRC that was the last day Nym posted on the fantasy board or something like that.

Okay, why don't we change the date to December 31st, the last day John posted?  It seems fitting to remember past Atlasians on the last day of the year somehow.  Since I'm not a Senator yet, I can't do that, but if someone else could propose the amendment for me, I'd be grateful Smiley

Here's the amendment because nobody knows why it's September 3rd. Tongue

I would think it very fitting if the reason for the date had been forgotten. I approve of this bill and disapprove of the amendment.

I hadn't thought of that, good idea! I withdraw the amendment.

So since nobody has said anything against this can we get a vote on it so we can move on to something else?

The date, September 3rd, is the last time Nym90 had been active on the forum at the time the bill was written.

I thought it was, but when I checked the time it had changed.  So, I guess he visted the Forum inbetween when this was written and now, eh?

Now that the date has been remembered, does everyone still support keeping it at Sep. 3rd?  I don't care so much, but I just thought I'd bring it up...

So is that an opening of the vote or are you asking if we want a vote? If it's the second, yes let's vote!
