Party A - A party who's economic and social policies are very centrist. However, they are anti-democratic and campaign on if they win the election they will ban all other parties and run a centrist one-party regime.

Party B - A Neo-Nazi party. However they are committed to the democratic process and will keep free elections in place if they win.

Party C - A communist party. They say if elected they will ban the Nazi party, but otherwise will keep free elections and ban no other parties.

Who do you vote for?

Party C. Then I would promptly begin a campaign against them.

Party B, they wouldn't get anything done and we'd still be free.

Party C.  With communism, it usually takes a while before the killings begin.  Neo-nazism would be a bit faster.  After four years, the communists would lose in a landslide to whatever new party developed, and any advances they made would quickly be reversed.

Not all Communists advocate killings.

Oh, I wasn't saying they do.  But any non-democratic system of government will become obsessed with maintaining itself.  The result is generally killings.

If those are the only options I'd vote C and work hard against them.  I'd also work hard to defeat option B democratically.  I'd start a war against option A.
