Well we should keep the debate for the merits of cultural globalization in another thread, this just focuses on economic/cultural globalization.

Well I wasn't going to mention how both are bad things but now I guess I will. =)

The point of my post is that yes they go hand in hand.  Economic globalization automatically means cultural globalization.

Not in my mind, although most support both or neither, not in a very partisan pattern, most generally.

Often, but not necessarily. It depends on your definition of cultural globalization. You can't retain ridiculuos bigotry with economic globalization. But you can preserve national cultures, etc.
