I voted for him in 1998 for governor and if he or Schwarzenegger ran for president, they'd get my vote.  

Why?  Barring the LP gaining popularity, they are the closest people to libertarians that have a good chance of winning.  Arnold is working with the advice of two libertarians right now to reform the Cali government.  Cali will be in better shape in a few years (if Arnold gets re-elected) than it has in 40 years.

Jesse won with only 37% of the vote in the first place.  Polling below 40% would not mean that he would've lost, and I would've voted for him again because he's better than any of the other choices, save a libertarian.
