I think all three would make great PPTs, so I'm going to abstain.

Is it actually in the procedures that it is not a preferential ballot?

No, you can use preferential voting if you want to.

Article 8, Section 1, Clause 1 of the OSPR says:

1.  The President Pro Tempore (PPT) shall be elected by a majority of the Senate in an internal vote of the Senate conducted by the President of the Senate.  This vote shall be conducted by preferential vote and the candidate who receives the greatest number of preferential votes shall be elected PPT.  If there is tie, the tie-breaking vote shall be cast by the President of the Senate.

Quite frankly, I don't really care who wins this election.  Any one of the three would probably do a decent job.  I just voted for MasterJedi because he's been here the longest out of the three.

True enough. He seems to have voted for MasterJedi.

Just noticed I can also see it in the Topic Summary. Weird.

I have the same problem.  I can see it in his "Most Recent Posts" but not in this thread.

His vote is, for the record:
1. MasterJedi
2. Jake
3. TexasGurl
