The sound of a countryside of the south-west of France:

Few birds, a car each 5-10 minutes, over sounds I do not identify...

Well, yes, I don't listen it, I hear it...

"The Hymn of the Russian Federation."

Infer no political meaning from that whatsoever.  It's a catchy song.

I prefer the original Stalinist version myself. Wink

The same. One of my favorite anthems and one of my favorite songs. And also the same, no the slightest political meaning.

Since I've seen hughento's sig, I've this in mind:

>>PLAY<<

Well, not bad, but I watched Eurovision, and, well, I don't know if it's because I'm French or something, but the one that touched me the most was the French entry:

>>PLAY<<

I also liked the Moldavian entry:

Not the version of eurovision but a better version:

>>PLAY<<

Eurovision's version:

As always I'll put what I've in the head for song...

And here this is... >>PLAY<<

Not that I particularly enjoy hippies, but well I must say that I have something for Hair... Grin

Though that's not the best one of the movie...

(argh...now I play it I can't stand on it...) >>STOP<<

Awful!

The only things that are Moroccan in here are photos. I'm surprised that you didn't recognized the one who am pretty sure is singing here: Manu Chao. Very famous singer in France and Latin America. He's French IIRC, and before he was famous alone he was in a famous band called Mano Negra. Look for that both names, I'm pretty sure you personally could enjoy. Personally I like the kind of stuffs he and this former band have done.

Some not so bad of both, and the most famous ones too:

Mano Negra (they were especially famous here in the 80's):

For the music??

Well, unlike what the guy who hosts the video on Youtube said, Lio became famous because of 2 other songs, still known by everyone in France today:

Banana spilt

and especially:

Les brunes comptent pas pour des brunes

80's...

Plus, seems that through the ages, music producers enjoy themselves to entertain themselves with young girls. Seems also that their wallet might appreciate it as much...

Damn, I can't say on these stuffs. So good when it stops.

Let's go to MAAArsEEIlle, the 2nd city of France, a very particular one, f***ing beautiful, interesting...

In this city is born one of the most famous rap band of France "I am", among their good shots, there is

I am - Petit Frère
15 years ago, became a classical of French rap, not sure it can have the same impact when you don't get the lyrics.
>>PLAY<<

I am feat Fonky Family - Bad boys de Marseille
Same epoch, became famous too.
>>PLAY<<

I am - Je danse le mia
A recent remix in live of their most famous song, an old song too, beginning of the 90s, if you just click on one, take this one.

"The night of the Saint-Patrick" on a French TV channel, a night in the biggest theater of France, Paris Bercy, dedicated to a mix of traditional and modern Celtic music, not bad. On Paris Première if some French are interested...

Some metal clips on a TV channel, damn I really have problems to bear that music.

Though, it reminds me that there is a band that I like for a few songs of them.

So, I'm now on System of a down...

Don't remember of the name of that song in which they say "why do they always send the poors?". If someone knows...

The name of the song is "BYOB"

That's it. Thanks. Not the best from them, but I like that one too.
