I'd wager that a majority of homophobes in congress are at least bisexual.

Kohl is gay.  I'm pretty damn sure and even may be the person due to the fact that he voted for cloture.  If I had to guess I'd say he plans on outing Kohl but I really hope it is Insane Santorum.

But throwing this up in the air, what if he was? Would your opinion change, not because of his sexuality but because of lying about it, yet at the same time comparing as Rob said, homosexual acts to a 'man on dog' yet rushing to defend Robert Traynham?

A theoretical senator who is closeted but supports gay rights can stay in the closet all he or she likes, it's their decision, but one who is intrinsicly hypocritical when it came to these matters deserves no sympathy.

Acts being the key word. If Santorum's gay and chooses to ignore it, he's a freedom fighter. There's nothing wrong with ignoring a perversion in your personality if you feel it doesn't square with your beliefs.
