What is up with the long hair? I thought the hippy age was over....

Yep a lot of the guys I've met in the generation below me, like 21 or younger, all have long hair.  Most of the women I've met simply do not know how to dress (ie, dress like sluts).  I hope this is just a minor trend that will peter out in a few years, because the last thing we need is more air-brained hippies in this world.

Anyway, someone remarked that I look like Peyton Manning a few days ago, though I'm a little bit shorter.  Another reason why I won't post my picture here.

I'm 5'10 to 5'11 also, so I'm not looking at an NFL career either.   But it's still not bad to look like Peyton Manning, even if you're a little shorter.  Maybe you could convince some chicks who've had a few drinks that you're Peyton, and use it to get laid.

Nope, I just have a hard time taking pictures of myself I guess. I normaly don't look angry in fact I was called "the laughing kid" in high school.

Thanks, dazzleman.  I shaved it off before I went for temperature reasons, but I like it off so I think I'll keep it this way for awhile.

Ah, Coorgi leeches. There's a memory we share. (And Lal Bagh's another one of course. IIRC that's Bangalore Fort though, not Tipu Sultan's Palace. There's no such thing as "Bangalore Palace".)

Gotta love those leeches.  One guy had one all the way up on her thigh.  You might be right, but we weren't allowed to go inside because people still lived in whatever the Bangalore building is.

Yes, I guess a beard in India in the summer might not be the most comfortable thing.  Actually, I thought your beard was pretty cool, and I don't normally like beards.  I think facial hair looks best when it's black, and since your hair is black, that's a definite plus.

You look taller than that in your picture, based on the position of your head in relation to the top of the door in the background.  But that could be influenced by the angle of the camera.

In any case, you sure are growing up, Tweed, for a guy who's, what, 40 now...  Dude, you're taller than I am now.  I used to think I was pretty tall, but it seems the younger guys are taller than guys my age in general, and more and more, I feel short (I'm 5'10").

I'm the one near the bottom.  The nose is red (and the face/ears a bit pinkish) due to a sunburn.  The one day I forget to wear sunblock we just happen to spend out in the sun during midday with no shade whatsoever, of course
