To acting President Ebowed and the Cabinet of Atlasia,

Eight days ago, the Senate approved a resolution calling on the President to remove certain military units from Europe. The full text of the resolution can be found in this thread. Since it was passed, I have asked the President and Cabinet to take action on this request, but except for comment by the Secretary of State, I've seen no debate upon the issue. Furthermore, two of the principal officers that should be dealing with this issue, the Secretary of Defense and President, have both remained largely inactive in their roles. As the sponsor of this resolution, I request an update upon the status of this issue as soon as possible. Action will be taken by the weekend should no suitable response be given.

Jake,

If you want me to be completely candid, I didn't follow the issue much as I did not become Acting President until after it had passed, and was mainly focused on procedural concerns in the Senate.  If you wouldn't mind giving me a summarization about what this entire issue is about, and why you support what is outlined in the resolution, I will be glad to listen and then take appropriate action.

Thank you,
Ebowed
