Albania since half their country is currently controlled my Russian mafia and guerillas with backing from Moscow.

Moldova is, according to my research, probably the best country in Europe for my hobby.  Lots of pretty girls, and very cheap.

Albania's probably just as good, if not better. More than 1% of the population there works as prostitutes.

I think he meant Moldova in that statement. Pro-Russian guerillas control a de facto (but unrecognized) country running as a strip in eastern Moldova whose population is mostly ethnically Slavic and revolted after the end of the Soviet Union fearing reunification with Romania. Now reunification looks very unlikely, but they still hold on to their extremely repressive and undemocratic psuedo-state. There's no similar situation in Albania. The mafia basically runs a bunch in both countries though.
