Not really. The law has been used in the past to make swearing in for another office the simultaneous resignation for any other that a person may currently hold.

I don't believe re-elected incumbents are required to swear in again.  At least, those were the rules when I was a Senator, maybe the new constitution changed things?

Unless there's been a rule change, you shouldn't have to.
Otherwise huge swathes of previous Senates' work can be thrown out as invalid as many of the Senators didn't re-swear in.
