"Pro-life" and "pro-choice" are labels that apply primarily to abortion. There are plenty of people who identify as "pro-choice" who do not believe in school choice, or Social Security choice, or the choice to own a gun.

The distinction is of course that one life is innocent, and the other not.

Yes(pro-choice) - if the death penalty is applicable to other murders, there's no reason it shouldn't be applicable to this type one. Justice should be consistent in the way it decides punishment, not selective for certain groups.
