As an FYI, the Mobile Register/Uni of South Alabama (uni poll! uni poll!) released the second wave of Alabama polling today (earlier they had polled the Riley/Moore primary).

The poll is here, conducted among 408 RV from Feb. 18- Feb. 22:

Riley seems to be on course to win the GOP primary. The only hope the Democrats have is if Moore - when his face is shoved out of joint Grin - runs from the right

I know you're probably not the right person to ask about this, Hawk, but my question is, if Moore loses the primary, can he still get on the ballot for November as an Indy.

In Texas, you can't do that.  I was just wondering if you can in Alabama and I'm too lazy to research it.
