The Thirteenth Amendment was passed before the Civil War was even over.

I'd vote against all of the above except that and the Fifteenth Amendment.

In hindsight, probably all the post-Civil War emancipatory acts giving rights to freed slaves. However, I would have strongly opposed, categorically, the Reconstruction Acts dividing the Confederacy into districts governed by military Sad commanders

However, my politics now are probably very different to what they might have been back then

Yes to all, except I have quibbles with some of the specifics of the Freedman's Bureau bill and the Reconstruction Acts.

But a definite Yes to the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments.

Reconstruction Acts: Yes, probably. I don't like all of it. Btw, that's just the first Reconstruction Act explained in the Wiki, apparently.
