It becomes an expensive project once its designed for lots of countries ranging from Indonesia to Morrocco to France to the US.

Comoros are famous for a coup attemp by some French et.al. mercenaries inspired by "Dogs of War" by Frederick Forsyth. Only problem was the French legionares at nextdoor Mayotte Island
