Yes, though it should be used sparingly

2. Should flag burning be legal?
Yes

3. Is feminism a good ideology (and still has more to achieve)?
I guess it depends on what you mean by feminism. The entire womens' rights movement has done far more good than harm in totality, but I think at this point it's running out of steam.

4. Should the electoral college remain the way it is?
No

5. Should the government provide people who can't work with a liveable income?
People who can't work? Yes. Those who can but choose not to? No.

6. Is health care a right?
Yes, although we have to be careful how far we take this, of course.

7. Should public nudity be legal?
In well marked and regulated areas that can be easily avoided by those who wish not to see it, yes.

8. Were you against the war in Iraq from the very beginning?
Yes

9. Do you support gay marriage (not talking civil unions)?
Yes

10. Should corporal punishment in schools be legal?
No

No.

Yes, but let each state set their own laws.

10. Should corporal punishment in schools be legal?
Only if the student is a physical threat to somebody else. So not really.
