Option 6. In 2008 my governor's race is open and I'll probably vote Democrat.

My state's race isn't until 2008. If the Washington Republican Party still exists then.

Depends on who wins the primary. If Lovelace can pull off the upset, I'll be voting Republican in the general election, and if Sanford wins the primary I'l be voting Democratic in the general.

All three major Republicans running for Governor in Oregon are fine candidates, and whoever wins the primary (barring some extreme revelation) should be getting my vote over the incumbent Democrat.

Third Party. Cant bring myself to vote for Rendell with CBK on and Hoeffel off, and cant bring myself to go for Swann because hes Swann, so im stuck with like Green Party or something.

Lets just say Im very disappointed with O'Malley and Duncan. O'Malley because his record as Mayor is mediocore at best. Plus, he's been plagued with scandal lately. Apparently his crime cutting statistics are false and were generated by 'cooking the books' (imforming officers to not record all violent crimes).
And Duncan, poor Duncan. His campaign has been a complete disaster.

If I do vote against Ehrlich it will most likely be for strategic reasons.... I dont want him to be the front-runner for Mikulski's seat in 2010.

Now THAT is surprising, though I can understand the primary. I know O'Malley may not be the best, but you'd rather have Robert "Slot Machines or Bust" Ehrlich, who has no accomplishments as governor? I'd hate to have him thinking about a future Senate seat in Maryland if he gets re-elected.
