Not a chance. It's my mix of libertarianism and populism.

I have a pure revulsion when it comes to that wing (Emily's list, gun control, moveon.org, George Soros, Hollywood) of the democrats.

I can consider a blue collar democrat in some circumstances, but I could never vote for a Hillary Clinton/Henry Waxman/Dick Durbin type.

honestly guys, if her name was hillary smith with the same voting record, would you still be opposed to her.

or what if she were a male with the same voting record...still opposed?

i agree with hillary on most issues.  maybe im just weird.

Hillary is a left-winger who is trying to appear moderate.

In any case, my opposition to her goes far deeper than her voting record.

You dislike her because she is a strong, powerful woman. Yet you have no problems with strong, powerful men.

Do you ever think for yourself, nclib?  Seriously.

If I can't tolerate strong, powerful women, then why do I like Margaret Thatcher and Condi Rice, and why do I plan to vote for Jodi Rell over a man?

The fact is, my problem is not with strong powerful women, it is with this particular woman.

And I am just as opposed to men who display the same character traits and overall philosophy as she does.

Republican/conservative women don't fight stereotypes of women even if they're in positions of power.

Dear Lord, you are really brainwashed.

I guess the women I mentioned are not 'authentic' women, or whatever nonsensical politically correct phrase you can come up with.

Maybe you're the one who needs to start fighting your own stereotypes of what a woman should be.  People of your philosophy stereotype no less than the people you are always accusing with your holier-than-thou attitude.

First, just for the record, I managed a campaign for a woman in local race, so I don't have a gender objection.

Second, there are a few Republicans that I would probably like to see in the Senate less Hilary Rodham Clinton, but that is a very low number.  I would probably vote for most Republicans over Clinton.

No, no, you don't understand. The 19th Amendment only says that women can vote for a candidate for office, not that they can actually run for one, you silly socialist libs.

Then again, we can also constitutionally ban Iowa Republicans from voting.

Explain, Trollcon, or were you just talking out of your ass?

See the 15th Amendment bitch.

"The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."

Gee, is Iowa Republican actually a race now?

Well to not allow a person of a race not to vote is against that. I didn't know Iowa was a race, but then you're a pretty damn smart guy Trollcon.

So, are you saying felons should be able to vote because they are "of a race"?  Unless Iowa Republican is a race, then you obviously don't know the Constitution.  Why don't you move to France where you can freebase coke while burning the American flag, euroscum?

Nice issue dodge Trollcon. I guess you just left the intelectual battlefeild and have deiced to throw names around. Let's take some deep breaths and stop taking drugs. Leave your urine at home please.

BTW, my SAT has come in and it says that you are gay.

Isn't throwing stupid names and titles around fun, Trollcon?

Well, I'd hate to offend you, or the PC police would be after me for being racist against Iowa Republicans!

Well to not allow a person of a race not to vote is against that.

The amendment says, "on account of race" - in other words, the reason for denying the person the right to vote cannot be based on the person's race.  If it's based on a reason other than race, color, or previous condition of servitude, then it does not violate the fifteenth amendment.

But you've already established that you can't read, so I can forgive you.
