Abolition of Columbus Day Bill

I am in favour of making our National "holidays" Atlasia-centric. Given that we have created three Atlasian holidays, I think its correct that we start abolishing the American holidays, especially the ones that don't actually make sense.

Dave Day (and Constitution Day) were established by the Atlasian National Holiday Act already. We subsequently established the Forgotten Atlasians Holiday.

All these holidays are Atlasia-centric, so I fully support them, however, we have not removed holidays as we have added them, and therefore I support knocking off holidays such as this first.
